Priority One has been doing the annual maintenance on my HVAC systems for years. Kyler did a great job and I like that they show me pictures of potential issues.

He cleaned our outdoor heat pump. We would definitely recommend Priority One to others. Great job Hunter‼️😊 7/10/26- Casey was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and explained in detail the options. Our system is 18 years old so repairing the system was going to be $3000-5000 because there were several things wrong with it. So we opted to replace it for more money but also 10 yr warranty. EWEB provides an 5 yr interest free loan so it was affordable. Casey immediately had Eddie their rep come & measure so we can get replacement as soon as possible. Eddie was very friendly, explained the options & got us one the replace schedule right away. We have had Priority One maintaining this system for several years and have been very pleased with all of our interactions. No one tried to sell us the replacement until it made sense. We appreciated not being pressured before it was time ! Thank you so much and I highly recommend this company. Deb & John R.

I just love Priority One. There's always someone to answer the phone and always someone who is "on call" in case you have an emergency. And the prices are so reasonable! We have the Platinum membership, cost $12 a month! We got $50 off our bill and free maintenance visits once a year!! I love these guys!

Over the years I have consistently had a good experience with Priority One technicians and specialists: They are knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant people. Paul, who came this year, was no exception to that pattern.

They showed up within the specified time window, and performed the work wonderfully! They also brought booties to make sure not to track mud into the house as well, which I really appreciate. Took pics before and after of both cleanings, and anything they recommended to be replaced. Very thorough with their work, and provided recommendations on what to do in the future as well. I will definitely be calling Priority One again for maintenance/cleaning! EDIT to add: We have been coming back to Priority One for services because of how quickly they can get to us, assess the problem and solve it. They also perform full review of our systems and provide recommendations on how to improve the system. Recently, our AC stopped working and one of the techs came by (Mike) who helped resolve the issue very quickly, took pictures and provided a recommendation on getting our system replaced by a trusted company that they use. We have been very pleased with Priority One!

I really like the women running the office and Tim who did the service. All professional, yet warm and friendly. He explained everything well and I didn't feel tricked or any sort of " sales pitch". He had photos, and was very information.

Always a great experience working with Priority One. We had our new system installed last year and I’m glad we chose them. We had our regular annual maintenance done and the service rep, Anthony was super nice and respectful, called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Appreciate the efficiency and working with my schedule.

Very friendly and explained everything he was doing. Recommended a surge protector for my outside unit.

I wish I could remember the name of the person who came to check and clean our unit. He was awesome! He explained every thing that he was doing and answered all our questions without making us look stupid for asking. He showed us the right, and more effective way to change the unit for heat to air, and he didn't seem to be in a hurry to get it done. Very pleased with him!

Truman was on time and on task. He had great communication skills and clearly explained how to clean the AC filters and maintain it in good working order.

We’ve had issues with our ductless unit making a loud whistling sound every time we ran both heat and AC. Braden came out and quickly found the issue and quoted us for a new motor. They were patient with us while we got things lined up (we have a newborn) and had a quick response when we were ready. Braden came out again and was very efficient and got our unit all fixed! Now we can run our AC and heat quietly. Thank you!

Truman came right on time. Very polite. He checked the A/C vents around the house and went outside to check the unit. He immediately found the problem and I had cold air blowing again. Very pleasant experience.

The compressor and major parts needed to be replaced, still under warrantee. It was an 8 hour job! Mike worked really hard, was a very pleasant person to work with. The parts arrived sooner then expected and they got me in right away. Mike explained everything very well and put in 100% effort to fix the hvac.

Braden from Priority One is praiseworthy! He responded quickly to our leaking issue and solved right away. Exactly what I expect from Priority One, who’s been our HVAC specialist for more than a decade. You can trust them!

I’ve used priority one several times now and I’ve been so happy with that company and I recommend them all the time but this is a big shout out to Dave. He was fabulous patient knowledgeable and super helpful it just he did a fantastic job. Thanks, Dave.
