I can only speak for my experience with the technician that came out and serviced my A/C, Truman.
He was on time. Knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. I appreciated him taking the time to walk me through all my options and let me know which would be the best long term vs. cost-effective, as well as the pros and cons of each. (this was all in 90° heat) It allowed me to make an informed decision. Didn't feel like I was being scammed or pressured. Trust is the main thing with me and Truman earned it.
